Wave Shooter : Day 7 : SFX, VFX, AI Pathing Tweaks.

The long weekend comes to an end.

One last update before the holiday weekend comes to an end. Nothing much is new here. A few tweaks to audio cues, some changed particle systems, and a few changes to AI to speed up pathfinding.

I wanted to see how much I could get done in just a few days without pushing too hard and I’m happy with what’s here after just a few days of work.

The main goal of this exercise was to show how quickly you can put something together with Unreal Engine, and how to leverage marketplace assets to jump start development. I think I’ve accomplished that.

I’m looking forward to working on this some more next weekend and excited to see where it goes.
